AMA seeks to be the Leading Institution in Asia that nurtures Management Professionals towards achieving both Intellectual (Academic) and Business Excellence.

AMA was set up to provide an independent platform to engage in extensive qualitative and quantitative research on various management techniques and topics, specifically on their relevance to Asia. 

AMA also actively promotes the continual learning and upgrading spirit of management skills for businesses and management professionals in Asia. 

In addition, AMA seeks to facilitate the intellectual exchange between businesses and management professionals on the management terminologies, and to disseminate the knowledge generated for the betterment of business performance of the practitioners and professionals.

Finally, AMA hopes to provide a knowledge bridge to link the various management techniques in Asia to the whole world.
