Richard Toh PK is the President of Asian Management Association, CEO of Certified Consultant Academy and Managing Director of PS Consulting Group of companies. Richard started his career in 1986, with a humble Polytechnic Education. His career path was built through some difficult ways, while he worked hard in the sales profession but yielded insignificant results in the early days. Till 1991, he realised the importance of Structured Learning and hence invested his 10 solid years into the pursuit of Tertiary Education. He earned his MBA and BBUS degrees. As a self-starter, Richard has gained vast experience in a diverse field of professional discipline that includes: Quality Assurance, Marketing & Sales, and Business Development.

Sam Manohur holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of East London, UK. He also holds professional qualifications in Marketing and Industrial Management. He is also certified Assessor/Lead Assessor certified by the National Registration Scheme for Assessors of Quality Systems UK. Sam is involved in teaching and training and development on a number of topics such as marketing, international trade, supervisory skills and creativity. He has been lecturing on part-time basis in the undergraduate programmes. He is the Managing Director of his own transportation Company.

Toh Puay Yong - Assistant Secretary

Toh Puay Yong is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Singapore. He is also CCo and CFO of Certified Consultant Academy. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and later read MBA via distance learning at University of Manchester. Puay Yong has worked in US & German MNCs & regional corporations and is well exposed to the areas of corporate planning, risk control, financial management, administration, operations and quality management. His 2 years’ overseas posting in China as Controller exposed him well to cross-cultural management, where he was overall in-charge of the Corporate Planning, Finance, HR, Administration, as well as Operations (Purchasing, Shipping, Scheduling etc.) functions of a 200-professional-strong multi-million business. To date, he has helped numerous corporations formulate and implement business strategies, as well as financial/quality management and internal control systems.

Dr KC Chan is the Director of Studies of PS Consulting Group. He holds double Doctorate qualification from Strathclyde University (UK) and IMCA (International Management Centres Association, UK). With his past 27 years of management exposure, Dr Chan has been regarded as a veteran academic cum practitioner in the Holistic Learning arena. His impressive career achievement includes his position as the Director of Internal Consulting in the Sinar Mas Group, the 2nd largest conglomerate in Indonesia, and also his COO position in the Cambodia's casino group. In addition to his busy work schedule dedicated to the regional traveling on the consulting services, he spent his time in continuing his research in Action-Learning and Holistic-Learning. He believes that the right learning method is the Key to Human's success.

Daya Satharasinghe - Hon Auditor

Daya Satharasinghe served with Ngee Ann Polytechnic as a Lecturer, Principal Lecturer, Senior Manager and was the deputy head of Mechanical Engineering Division for more than 10 years. He also served as the Deputy Director of Technopreneurship and Design Center (TDC) which was set up to encourage young polytechnic graduates to become Technopreneurs. He also have wide experience in the field of training, as the founder of Nikini Training Consultancy (Singapore) Pte Ltd and as an Assessor for WDA under The Singapore Employability Skills System. Daya completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (1971) and Masters in Design of Machine Systems (1978) in the United Kingdom. He is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (UK) and a Chartered Engineer (UK).

Jason Chew Chan Yeow hold a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management, from the University of Huddersfield, UK. He has lived and worked in Taiwan for 6 years as academic consultant, and has accumulated rich experience in higher education in Singapore, Taiwan and China. He is currently an academic consultant and senior lecturer in collaboration with institution in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, India and China lecturing tourism & hospitality management courses. He specializes in Marketing in Tourism & Hospitality, Development & Planning in Tourism & Hospitality, Strategic Management in International Tourism & Hospitality, Managing Change & Innovation, and Tourism & Hospitality Business development, Convention Sales & Services, Human Resource Management, Organizational Structure and Service Marketing.
