AMA AGM (Annual General meeting) 

Dear Friends at the AMA,

AMA (Asian Management Association) is already 2 years old. Whilst still not a big professional body, we have organised some events to-date, with more in the pipeline.

How will AMA go down the memory lane? That is for us all to strategise and to work hand-in-hand. Hopefully also achieving synergies with our own professional developments.

The AMA AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held as follows:

Date: 31 Aug 2006 (Thursday)
Time: 5 pm - 7 pm
Place: Asian Management Centre
7 Maxwell Road #05-05 MND Complex Annexe B Singapore 069111
(next to Tanjong Pagar MRT Exit G, above Amoy Street Food Centre) 

Agenda
1) presentation of ongoing activities & developments 
2) presentation & approval of the financial accounts
3) election of office bearers and honorary auditors
4) discussion of other topics with prior submission
